Originally from the UK, in 2003 I fulfilled a long-held ambition to move to Rome where I am still based today.

about me

After graduating in European Business Administration from Reims Business School, France, I spent the first part of my career based in the UK and travelling internationally while working in Export Sales and Marketing roles in high-tech industries. Today I divide my time between delivering virtual and face-to-face training sessions in Leadership and Management Skills to global audiences and Coaching both corporate and private clients. I’m passionate about helping people discover their innate talents and learn new skills so they can feel more confident and empowered in their personal and professional lives.

I’ve worked with teams, individuals and managers who are both new-to-the role or with more experience from a range of different organisations including Versace, Pirelli, Lamborghini, Ferrero, Bank of Italy, Findus, Cancer Research UK, Zurich Insurance, FAO and WFP.

I enjoy working in English, Italian and French.

I completed my training in coaching-mentoring at the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development, London and am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
