Step 1 - complimentary first consultation
During our 30 minute complimentary consultation we’ll discuss your needs and goals so we can explore how we might work together and whether I’m the right person to accompany you on your journey.
STEP 2 - COACHING SESSIONS
When you’re ready to get started we’ll agree on the number and frequency of sessions that are appropriate for you to achieve your desired outcomes. As your coach I’ll support you by creating a safe space for you to reflect on what’s important to you and learn more about yourself so you can identify specific actions that will get you where you want to go. During our sessions I’ll encourage you and work with you to determine how to leverage your strengths and stay motivated, while helping you stay on track as your accountability partner.
Coaching sessions are available in person in Rome or by phone or Skype for those who prefer to connect virtually or are based in other parts of the world.
