Fiona provided a safe place for me to talk about my life, and she asked questions that enabled me to explore what was really important to me. I did try to avoid tricky questions, but somehow, Fiona kept me on trackand managed to bring them up later on, when I was more comfortable answering them. In the end I gave up trying to dodge 'tough' questions, and began to look at why I wanted to avoid talking about something. I really felt Fiona understood my situation, and was always actively listening to me, as her questions were always relevant and informed.
After our initial sessions, Fiona supported me by showing up, along my journey, to see how I was going with achieving my goals, which I found motivating. Fiona you helped me navigate my way through a very challenging period in my life, and improve my work life balance, exponentially. Thank you!
